Five Day Return Ticket

Outward portion is valid for date shown on ticket only, the return portion is valid for up to five days inclusive of date shown on the ticket.

No ID Required.

Monthly Return

Valid for the one outward journey for the date shown on the ticket. Valid for one return journey within one month of date shown on ticket.

No ID Required.

Kid + Family Tickets Valid for one or two adults and up to four children under 16 years. A minimum of one child must travel. Available for 1 day on "off peak" days or all days for 1 month. Day returns are not available for Friday 7 Sunday travel. No ID Required.

Day/Monthly Saver Fares Available between: Dublin and Rosslare, Dublin and Waterford, Dublin and Galway, Dublin and Mayo, Dublin and Sligo, Northern line to Dublin. Saver fares are NOT available to Dublin on Fridays. No ID Required.

Faircard Single valid for one journey for the date shown on ticket only. Return valid for one return journey within one month of date shown on ticket. Faircard ID cards are required and available from any Booking Office on presentation of the following: Birth Certificate or proof of age as under 26 years; Passport-sized Photograph; Payment of €10.00. Card valid for one year from date of issue.

Weekender Valid for outward travel Friday, Saturday, Sunday and for return up to the following Tuesday. Weekender ID Cards required and are available from any Booking Office on presentation of the following: Passport-sized Photograph and Payment of €7.00.

Student Fares

Valid for Single and Monthly Return Travel. Passenger must have a valid Student Travel Card in order to avail of discounted student single and monthly return fares.

First Class/ Citygold Upgrades

Available to standard class ticket holders on certain Iarnród Éireann INTERCITY Services (excluding Cross Border) the supplement applies for each single journey on a particular route irrespective of type of ticket held. Upgrades are subject to availability.

Groups

Groups of 10 or more qualify for discounted fares, dependent on when and where they are travelling to. Group Travel is restricted to "off peak" times where spare capacity is available.
